Project Manager

Summary Overview:

Midstate Electric Cooperative, an electric utility provider serving parts of Central Oregon, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and execute capital and maintenance projects across our infrastructure. This is a salary, exempt position. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor utility projects from initiation through completion
• Deliver projects on time and within scope and budget
• Applying for grants

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or five years of utility experience related to construction and/or engineering 
• Prior experience in grant writing
• Ability to multitask and oversee complex projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
